CoalSeam Wireline Services (CWS) was established in 2003 in order to meet the growing demand for highly accurate borehole geophysical data and directional survey services in the Coal Bed Methane and conventional Coal Industries on the east coast of Australia.

CoalSeam Wireline Services has also provided services to the mineral and hydrology industries, and been involved in ground breaking in situ CO storage programs.

From our base in Roma, Queensland, we provide services on a 24/7 basis to some of the largest clients in the CSM industry, including SANTOS and Arrow Energy.

Our logging units have a depth capacity of 1,500m and can provide data at the wellsite at the completion of logging, or transmit it directly to the clients’ head office.

Directional services are also available through our sister company, Drillhole Navigation Systems.
